Savers has agreed to pay MADD directly for every pound of donated items.
Donations come in 3 categories: soft , small household goods, and media. Soft goods include textiles and shoes such as clothing, accessories , bed and bath linens, draperies, pillows, tablecloths. Small household goods are items that are under 18X18X18 inches. They can include small electronic devices, toys, sporting goods, kitchen wares (pots, pans, dishes glasses, kitchen gadgets), decor, small tools.
Media includes books but excludes textbooks and encyclopedias, records, DVD,s tapes, and computer software.
Items excluded include: Baby crips and car seats, weapons, flammable and harmful chemicals, large items over 18 x18x18 inches, encyclopedias, text books, old TVs, automotive parts, construction materials, mattresses, broken, water damaged or moldy items.
Soft goods place in large plastic bags like a kitchen or lawn trash bag. Small household goods and media items separate per category (goods in one media in another) and place in boxes
Bring to the MADD Walk in Temecula at Linfield Christian School March 29th, before 11 am or email Kristine Caouette at klcaouette@gmail.com to make arrangements . DO NOT deliver to Savers directly for this Fundrive. MADD will not receive any contributions unless delivered at a specified date and time arranged by the program coordinator.
Join us with Mothers Against Drunk Driving to eliminate drunk and drugged driving
